Returns Policy & Procedure

We are very confident that you will love the jewellery you buy from us, and all items come with a 7 day, money-back guarantee for full refund or replacement.

Returns Policy & Procedure 

At Boutikou Jewellery we want you to be happy with every item you purchase from us. We realise though that sometimes you may want to return an item, and to provide full customer satisfaction we offer a 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on the items you purchase from us. All we ask is that you must return the item unused, in its original condition and Boutikou Jewellery packaging, and with original label and plastic tag attached. Read below for more information about our Returns Policy and procedure.  Returns Policy (please take time to read this section)

 · If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.boutikou.com,  you can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange. This guarantee excludes specially ordered items, earrings (for hygiene reasons).

· Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging and with all labels intact.

· It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure reasonable care of the goods and ensure that they are returned in their original condition and suitably packaged for return post. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in their original condition.

· We endeavour to process your request for a full refund, replacement or exchange as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.

· For refunds, we will refund to the credit card used for the original order payment. We aim to do this within working 5 days after receiving the goods. Please note that the refund payment may take longer than this to appear on a credit card because it will be out of our control as to when your bank refunds the money onto the card. However, we will send you the confirmation email of our refund as soon as we transfer the money.

· Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Unless, there was a return free cost as a promotion, which we will add your return postage cost to your refund.

However, if you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.

 

 Items that cannot be returned

Sale items, specially ordered items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 How to Return an Item

· We need you to notify us prior to you returning any items, whether for refund or replacement. If you want to return an item, please email us immediately at:  Contact Boutikou. In the e-mail please provide your order number (if known), name, address and contact telephone number. Also let us know why you are returning the item(s), and whether you would prefer a replacement item or a refund.

· Please return the items unused, in their original condition and with all item labels intact. For ease, you can use the original jiffy bag/box to return the item, but please ensure that the original addressee label is covered completely. Please also enclose inside the package a sheet with your order number, name, address and contact telephone to assist us in identification of the returned item(s).

· Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit if a Certificate of Posting has not been obtained. For your self-assurance we highly recommend you to send it by Recorded Delivery.

 Please e-mail us to confirm you have posted your parcel. With the
Post Office tracking number please include this number in your e-
mail. If we have not received your parcel within 7 days of you confirming it was posted we will contact you.

  • In all cases make sure you keep the proof of recorded delivery details somewhere safe until we confirm we have received your parcel and credited you.·                    

Return of Faulty Goods

· If a product is faulty in any way, not what you ordered, or damaged on delivery, you can return it to Boutikou Jewellery within 7 days for full refund or replacement.

· We need you to notify us prior to you returning any item(s), by please sending an email to us immediately at Contact Boutikou. In the e-mail please provide your order number (if known), name, address and contact telephone number. Let us know why you think the item(s) is faulty, and whether you would prefer a replacement item or a refund.

· Risk in the delivered product(s) passes to you when the products are accepted or signed for at the delivery address stipulated in your order. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to the products after risk passes.

· For replacements, if the item is still in stock, we will dispatch as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can choose to have the item replaced by a different item. If the alternative item is less than the original cost we will refund the difference, but if it is of higher value we will need you to pay the difference in price.

For refunds, we will refund to the credit card used for the original order payment. We aim to do this within working 5 days.

All returns should be sent to the postal address shown below.

Return of Unwanted Gifts

· You can return items that have been purchased from us and given to you as a gift. Please follow the procedure for returns.

If you wish to exchange the item, the original purchaser will not be informed. However, any refunds will only be credited to the original card that was used to pay for the goods.

 

   How to Cancel an Order

· Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

· To cancel this contract, email us at Contact Boutikou with the order number and your instruction to cancel.

· If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we will then refund the original debit or credit card used for the purchase.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world through Royal Mail. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that we dispatch the order within 24 hours by Recorded Delivery methods. And the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
